A popular music critic, journalist, record producer and musical entrepreneur, best known as talent co-ordinator, on-air interviewer and music news presenter on the popular music program Countdown. Molly is revered as a true icon of the Australian music industry.

Lydia Lassila

Lydia Lassila

Australian Olympic freestyle skier and gold medallist, Lydia competed in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Turin and the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.

On October 20, 2010, Lydia was awarded by the Australian Sporting Hall of Fame the prestigious The Don award, recognising her ability to inspire as well as her achievements during 2010.

Described as ‘legendary’ and a ‘pastry maestro’. Fittingly, Philippa Sibley has earned a reputation as one of the country’s finest dessert and pastry chefs.

Philippa will be tackling her love of both savory and sweet as Executive Chef at the soon to be launched Albert St Food & Wine. The wine bar, restaurant and produce store will offer the best of Mediterranean eating and it’s here that Philippa will focus on seasonal, sustainable ingredients from local producers.

Born in Perth and now based in Melbourne, the Vivien’s model has worked as a model throughout London, Europe and the US and worked for brands such as Thurley and even Dior. Not just a pretty face, Alyse has finished her degree in Economics and Finance and is looking to commence study in Nutrition and Natural Medicine next semester.

Even after all her travel across the globe, Alyse feels there is no place like home and is passionate about the health of all Australian women.

Rhiannon Fish

Rhiannon Fish

Rhiannon has studied theatre, drama and dance, but at the age of eleven knew that acting above all else was her ultimate passion.

In 2009 she graduated from The Children's Performing Company of Australia in which she joined at the age of nine and performed in musicals such as The Lion King.

Rhiannon first appeared on television at the age of eleven when she starred in Neighbours as Lisa Jeffries. She later received the role of Rocky in the Australian Disney Channel show As the Bell Rings and also starred in the feature film Playing for Charlie. Rhiannon currently plays the role of April Scott in Home and Away.
